CHESTER, Pa. (TND) — A man who went to his workplace and went on a shooting rampage was identified Thursday. Wilbert Rosado-Ruiz is being charged with two counts of first degree homicide, multiple counts of aggravated assault, reckless endangerment and a firearms charge, said Delaware County District Attorney Jack Stollsteimer who describe the shooting as a "horrible tragedy."
The prosecutor claimed that there had been complaints filed about the murder suspect to the owner of Delaware County Linen where five people were shot and two died.

PARK CITY, Utah (KUTV) — Gwyneth Paltrow is standing trial on Tuesday for an incident at a Utah ski resort that prompted a skier's lawsuit.
The trial is happening in Third District Court in Park City at 9 a.m. and is expected to last about a week.
The $3.9 million hit-and-run lawsuit was filed in 2019 by a Utah man who claimed he sustained a brain injury, in addition to multiple broken bones, after Paltrow crashed into him on the Deer Valley Resort slopes in 2016.
STATE COLLEGE, Pa. – Penn State Hillel will be moving into a downtown State College development on Beaver Avenue in 2021, according to officials. Hillel enriches the lives of the estimated 5,000 Jewish students that attend Penn State.
Work began on the site this week and the facility will feature lounge and study spaces, innovative shared staff and student leadership workspace, flexible event spaces and a private terrace.

(TND) — A record number of people have reached $1 million in their 401(k) retirement accounts, according to Fidelity Investments.
A Fidelity spokesperson Tuesday said they counted 485,000 such accounts as of the first quarter of the year, up 15% from the previous quarter and up 43% from a year ago.
Those “401(k)-created millionaires” have been in their plans for an average of 26 years and have an average contribution rate of 17%, the spokesperson said.

JOHNSTOWN, Pa. (WJAC) — The City of Johnstown has awarded nearly $350,000 to 24 businesses that’ve been hurt by COVID-19, city officials say.
The grants are part of the city’s Small Business Relief Fund which made $1 million available through CARES Act funding.
Officials say the city has awarded a total of $343,440 throughout round one of the program.
Round two of the program will open up Monday and small businesses in Johnstown are being encouraged to apply.
One man is dead after overturning his vehicle in Plunketts Creek Township, Lycoming County Sunday afternoon, state police said.
According to a press release, Justin Laganowski, 23, was traveling south on State Route 87 when he lost control of his vehicle for an unknown reason.
State police said that Laganowski then struck a guard rail before traveling approximately 51 feet over both lanes of travel and exiting the roadway on the left side.
HARRISBURG, Pa. (AP) — Pennsylvania's state Senate unanimously approved legislation Wednesday that would authorize the Department of Revenue to go after the lottery winnings and income tax returns of turnpike toll scofflaws.
The bill now goes to the House of Representatives.
The Associated Press reported in 2021 that an internal study by the Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission said that more than $104 million in tolls went uncollected over a 12-month period on the roadway.
