WILKES-BARRE, LUZERNE COUNTY (WOLF) — Police arrested a 31-year-old man from Wilkes-Barre after investigating allegations that he had been sexually assaulting a child for over a year.
Bryan Nee was arrested after the victim, a 5-year-old girl, was questioned by a forensic interviewer at the Luzerne County Children’s Advocacy Center in Wilkes-Barre.
The victim told investigators that Nee made her touch him while bathing that Nee said it was “OK," but that she needed to keep it a “secret.
PATTON -- Deer season is just a week away, and hunters have a few more options after a handful of devices were deemed legal in Pennsylvania over the weekend.
Hunters can now use electronic decoys for waterfowl and doves, electronically heated scent or lure dispensers and machines that emit ozone gas to disguise human smells from nearby animals.

JOHNSTOWN, Pa. (WJAC) — After more than two years without a permanent one, Johnstown City Council has named a new city manager.
At a meeting held at the Pasquerilla Conference Center Wednesday, the council confirmed that Ethan Imhoff, who's the Cambria County Planning Commission Executive Director, had been selected.
City officials unanimously approved an employment agreement with Imhoff, pending background checks, effective January 31st at a salary of $135,000 per year.
HERSHEY – A Johnstown native is facing charges in Dauphin County that he had unlawful contact with a minor and criminal attempt to commit involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, Attorney General Josh Shapiro announced Saturday.
Adam Lichvar, 31, was arrested Thursday in Hershey on suspicion of soliciting sex from an undercover agent posing as a 14-year-old boy on a social networking site.
The undercover agent allegedly told Lichvar that he was visiting from out of town and his parents had left him alone at a hotel.

BLACKLICK TOWNSHIP - The coroner's office and state police are investigating a fatal hit-and-run that happened just outside of Nanty Glo Tuesday night.
State police said the man who was killed is 22-year-old Jacob Hale from Mineral Point. Hale was found lying on Cardiff Road in Blacklick Township just before midnight, Cambria County Coroner Jeff Lees said.
Hale was apparently struck by a vehicle in a dark and rural area, according to Lees.
Pittsburgh (WJAC) — According to NFL Insider Adam Schefter, the Pittsburgh Steelers are reportedly signing former Arizona Cardinals linebacker Markus Golden to a one-year deal.
Golden was drafted by Arizona in the second round of the 2015 NFL Draft.
He went on to play a couple of seasons for the New York Giants before returning for a second stint with the Cardinals.
Golden has played in 111 career games, recording 323 total tackles and 47 sacks.

Feller tossed a 9-inning no-hitter on opening day in a 1-0 win over the Chicago White Sox. Feller struck out 8 and walked 5 to pick up the victory.
