DUBOIS, Pa. — A new dinosaur attraction recently opened its doors in Clearfield County.
Doolittle’s Dinosaurs is located at Dr. Jeffrey Rice’s Doolittle Station on Rich Highway in DuBois.
“Since there is a universal appeal of dinosaurs and I like dinosaurs from seeing some of the Jurassic Park movies, I became hooked,” Rice said.
Rice teamed up with the county’s tourism authority to create a unique destination for locals and out of town guests.
Penn State Altoona celebrated a historic program in Blair County, with the college officially commemorating an agreement with the Railroader’s Memorial Museum in Altoona that will enhance their rail transportation engineering bachelor’s program.
Officials said the program is the only one of its kind in the entire nation, and that 100% of students in the program were able to get jobs in the industry within a month of graduating.

(TND) — Target announced Monday that it was cutting prices on 5,000 items over the course of the summer.
The retailer said it had already reduced prices on about 1,500 items.
Food, diapers, paper towels and other essentials will see price cuts, Target said.
