Huntingdon man faces additional charges over alleged 'sexual relationship' with minor

Authorities say a 32-year-old Huntingdon man is facing additional charges related to an alleged “sexual relationship” with a 13-year-old girl.

Mark Musser, of Ewing Road, was charged Tuesday after police allegedly found numerous videos and photos of the girl on his phone.

According to a probable-cause affidavit, three of the videos showed the two having sex.

According to the affidavit, the girl told police that shortly after Musser was released from prison on bail in a related case, the two connected on Snapchat and later began meeting in person.

The girl allegedly told police that she would sometimes sneak out of her parents’ home before being picked up by Musser.

According to the affidavit, the girl told authorities that while the two were having sex, Musser was aware that the acts were being recorded.

In April, Musser was charged with dozens of sex crimes after he allegedly admitted to having sex with the girl approximately 15 to 30 times.

In the latest case, Musser has been charged with three felony counts of statutory sexual assault, three felony counts of unlawful contact with a minor, three third-degree felony counts of corruption of minors and three misdemeanor counts of luring a child into a vehicle.

He was arraigned Tuesday before District Judge Douglas L. Gummo, of Alexandria, and was sent to the Huntingdon County Prison in lieu of a $50,000 bond.

A preliminary hearing is scheduled for 9 a.m. Aug. 2 before Gummo.

An online court docket did not list an attorney for Musser Tuesday afternoon.
